e-handle & Shaft 19"
This shaft is considered long by us, but with an ergonomic twist. Could be a good for Tall planters, tough ground (Screefing), and or good for Foreman to lean on. Provides more leverage, but at the expense of speed.
The e-handle is designed to be used in a hand-shake position, which is the natural position of function for the wrist, forearm, and shoulder, and theoretically, should provide more comfort. It has been more popular with rookies than veterans, as rookies haven't developed years of muscle memory from use of conventional handles. To a rookie, it's more natural. An open minded veteran should adjust to it after a couple days of planting. Made from polypropylene(new 2005), this is Workwizer's toughest handle. The grip portion has a 25 degree angle to it, on the horizontal plane. For the most benefit, it should then be configured with a 45+ degree twist, when the shovel is assembled. (see instructions & or perspective view).
