An accurate way to find out is to pick out a shovel, then enter your shipping address in the Canada Post shipping Calculator, and it will tell you how much it will cost and how long it will take. You'll even see the different shipping priority options like courier, xpress post, or expedited and regular. Expedited, you could see your shovel in as little as 2 days in Southern BC, and around 7 days in Ontario, up to 10 days in Atlantic Canada. Sooner for all if you choose Courier. I recommend Expedited, because it costs the same as regular, but it's faster.

Same Day Shipping, when you purchase online before 1 pm PST. Weekends and Holidays are not necessarily included.

Ship 2 shovels for nearly the price of 1; shipping cost drops when multiples are shipped. In many cases, the second shovel will only add a buck or two.

Are there payment options other than Paypal?
Yes, you can pay by money order, cheque, or credit card over the phone.

Why does WORKWIZER use PayPal?
PayPal offers secure and reliable credit card payment processing. All major credit cards are accepted. Our system is updated in real-time with your payment confirmation so we can package and ship your order as soon as possible. Best of all, PayPal no longer requires purchasers to sign up for a PayPal account. PayPal accounts are optional and you can still sign in to quickly pay with your existing PayPal account if you already have one.

Can I ship my shovel to camp?
In most cases, someone from your camp will make regular trips to the nearest town. Simply address your order to yourself in the nearest town general delivery C/O the company you work for. Canada Post will hold the package for 15 days....

WORKWIZER's Warranty?
We offer a standard manufacturers warranty on manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems, we'll either repair your shovel, or replace it.

Why does WORKWIZER use Canada Post for shipping?
Canada Post ships to more places in Canada. This counts when you are in a remote part of the country and need a shovel. Our Shipping Calculator gives you flexible prices and delivery options to choose from. It calculates the weight and dimensions of all the items in your order and queries the Canada Post shipping system to get the best delivery prices and shipping options for your exact address. When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a Canada Post tracking number so that you can see exactly where your order is and when it will arrive at your address. You can also re-route your order to another address with this tracking number at any time before delivery if you need too.
